Great villa with spacious rooms and clean facilities. the pool and garden area were well-maintained and a nice place to relax. the location was ideal, with a beautiful beach just a short walk away and a convenient supermarket nearby. Plus, the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
The lack of air conditioning was a major drawback, especially during the hot summer nights. the provided plug fans were noisy and not very effective.

We got great value for our money at the Beach Villas. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The location was perfect with beautiful views to the ocean and a short walk to the sandy beach. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.
The only thing that could have made the breakfast better was a wider selection of options.

The location of the villa was excellent, with a stunning view of the sea from almost every villa. The property looked exactly like the photos, a typical Spanish whitewashed villa. The pool area was spacious and the loungers were very comfortable. The staff were fantastic and quickly replaced a faulty toaster.
The parking situation was a bit chaotic and sometimes we had to park further away. It wasn't a big issue, but it would have been nice to have designated parking spaces.

We had a wonderful stay at the beautiful Binibeca Beach Villas. The villa offered stunning sea views and a safe, child-friendly environment. The swimming pool was a perfect size and even had a shallow end for our little ones. Surprisingly, the rooms were equipped with air conditioning, making our stay even more comfortable. The convenience of a supermarket and great bar right next door was a plus. We loved the easy access to a child-friendly beach and a variety of restaurants and bars within walking distance.
Would recommend this hotel.

Private surroundings, great pool, and friendly people. the villa had everything we needed, including kitchen appliances, and was easy to keep clean. the ocean views and sunsets were breathtaking, and the pool was a good size with plenty of lounges. the location was ideal, just minutes from the beach and local bars, restaurants, and supermarkets. the bus stop right across the road made it cheap and easy to explore the area.
The wifi was advertised as free, but we had to pay for it. the grounds around our villa needed some grass as they were muddy.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, with a memory foam mattress and plush pillows. The property was spotlessly clean and the staff were extremely helpful. The pool and gardens were well-maintained and provided a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. We loved the location, which offered a private and tranquil setting, with beautiful views from the pool and terraces. It was also conveniently situated for exploring the south/southeast of the island, with stunning beaches, great restaurants, bars, and a supermarket within walking distance or a short drive. The villas were spacious and had a charming rustic charm. The staff, especially the lifeguard, were friendly, attentive, and quick to respond to any issues.
The lack of air conditioning was a significant drawback, making it difficult to sleep, especially during the hotter months. The plug fans provided in the room were noisy and not as effective as air conditioning.
